| Project | This project involves Managing the upgrade of UUWs core Telemetry system to bring it inline with current technology. The system is Critical to the UK National Infrastructure and such we fully comply with the Centre for the Protection of the National Infrastructure. |
| How we help | Establishing the requirements and developing the scope. Detailed planning of the steps required to execute the cutover. Working with the Software solution teams to plan and implement the software builds across various environments (pre-Prod and Prod). Working with the Test Team to manage the complete test cycle from Unit Test through to User Acceptance Testing. Working with the Support teams to manage the Defects raised during the test cycles. |
